Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator to support the development, administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of a ServiceNow platform within a hybrid enterprise environment. This role is hands-on and ideal for a ServiceNow professional who enjoys both operational support and platform enhancement, while partnering closely with business and IT stakeholders.

You will play a key role in maintaining core ITSM processes, improving workflows, and driving continuous improvement through new ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Platform Administration & Development
• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules
• Support and enhance ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Service Portal, and Performance Analytics
• Perform hands-on development, configuration, testing, and deployment activities

Design, Implementation & Optimization
• Gather and analyze requirements from business and technical stakeholders
• Design and implement workflows, forms, integrations, reports, and dashboards
• Support platform upgrades, new feature adoption, and ongoing enhancements
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and data integrity

Collaboration & Documentation
• Partner with users and technical teams to improve processes and user experience
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and knowledge articles
• Provide guidance and support to end users as needed

Continuous Improvement
• Stay current with new ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices
• Proactively recommend improvements to platform capabilities and service delivery

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and developing within ServiceNow
• Strong experience across core ITSM modules
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow workflows, scripting, reporting, and dashboards
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred / Nice to Have
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise tools and platforms
• Familiarity with MS 365 services and .NET environments
• Experience supporting large or complex enterprise ServiceNow implementations
