ServiceNow Developer – Store App Development (Remote)

Role Overview
We are hiring experienced ServiceNow Developers to work on ServiceNow Store application development and certification projects. This is a direct contract opportunity with a ServiceNow Store app development & certified company, delivering high-quality custom applications for global customers.
The role requires strong hands-on ServiceNow scripting expertise, integration experience, and the ability to work in a customer-facing, consulting-style environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications aligned with Store certification standards
• Implement Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and GlideRecord logic
• Build and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with external systems
• Collaborate with product, QA, and customer stakeholders to deliver certified solutions
• Ensure applications meet ServiceNow Store compliance and quality benchmarks
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation
• Provide technical support during certification and post-release phases
Mandatory Skills
• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong scripting skills using JavaScript
• Expertise in:
• GlideRecord
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• Script Includes
• Experience with REST & SOAP integrations
• Excellent English communication skills (global customer interaction)
• Prior customer-facing / consulting experience
Good to Have
• Experience building or certifying ServiceNow Store applications
• Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and security guidelines
• Exposure to Agile delivery environments
• Experience working with US / UK / international clients
