Role: ServiceNow Architect

Location: San Antonio TX (5 days onsite in week)

Duration: Fulltime

Required Skills & Experience:
• 12+ years in IT, with 6+ years in ServiceNow and at least 4 years in a technical architect role.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, Finance and Supply Chain etc.).
• Quick learner to adapt to new technologies being released with every major version of SN (GenAI, AI Agents, Workflow Data Fabric, Raptor Db)

Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate expertise in core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CRM, S2P, HRSD, MCO, FSO etc.
• Demonstrate Experience with presenting ServiceNow solutions to clients in a value-led approach.
• Proficient in presentations on PPTs and communications..
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal customization.
• Understanding of ServiceNow data models, ACLs, UI Policies, and Notifications.
• Define and own the ServiceNow architecture strategy and roadmap across multiple modules and implementations.
• Lead architectural reviews, solution design, and technical governance across ServiceNow programs.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce platform design standards, coding practices, and integration frameworks.
• Lead the creation of custom demos to be showcased to various client.
• Review and validate custom development and configurations for quality and alignment to best practices.
• Provide technical leadership during client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture and security teams to ensure compliance with IT and business policies.
• Provide architectural oversight for integrations with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, JDBC, MID Server, etc.).
• Support DevOps initiatives with CI/CD pipelines and testing automation (ATF).
• Mentor development teams and conduct knowledge sharing to uplift technical capability.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Any Architect level certification with ServiceNow – Highly desirable
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator – Required
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, etc.) – Preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer – Advantageous
• Experience with domain-separated environments, MSP models, or multi-instance strategies
