Service Now HRSD Architect

Role Description:
• Serve as the primary onsite ServiceNow architect for HRSD initiatives.
• Lead end to end design solution architecture and implementation of ServiceNow modules specifically HRSD.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define workflows, case management, knowledge management, employee lifecycle and service delivery processes.
• Provide architectural governance, ensuring adherence to platform standards and security requirements.
• Guide development teams (onsite offshore) with best practices, coding standards and design patterns.
• Lead integration design with enterprise systems HRIS, Identity Management, ERP platforms etc.
• Conduct architecture reviews, impact assessments and feasibility analysis for new features and enhancements.
• Own creation of technical documentation| architecture diagrams and data models.
• Mentor technical teams and support internal capability building.
• Participate in roadmap planning, platform upgrades and ServiceNow release management.
