Job Title: HRSD Architect ServiceNow (Workday Integration)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HRSD Architect with strong ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workday integration expertise to lead the design and implementation of HR technology solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a solution architect, working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing HR services.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• Design and manage ServiceNow Workday integrations (inbound/outbound, APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub)
• Define HRSD architecture including Case Management, Employee Service Centre, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge, and Portal
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure data security, role-based access, and compliance with HR and privacy standards
• Guide development teams on best practices, performance optimization, and platform governance
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization
• Act as technical SME for HRSD upgrades, enhancements, and roadmap planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
• 5+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD
• Strong experience integrating Workday with ServiceNow
• Expertise in Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server
• Solid understanding of HR processes (Hire to Retire, Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations)
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualification
• ServiceNow HRSD Architect or CIS-HR certification
• Experience with large enterprise HR transformations
• Knowledge of ITSM / CSM integration with HRSD
• Prior experience in onsite, client-facing roles
Work Authorization
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Onsite presence in Miami, FL is mandatory
