SaaS Platform Administrator (ServiceNow)
Hybrid | 2 Days On-Site
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator to manage the development, administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of our ServiceNow SaaS platform. This role plays a critical part in supporting enterprise IT service management (ITSM) processes and driving continuous improvement across the organization in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer, configure, and support the ServiceNow platform to ensure performance, stability, and scalability
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, and Performance Analytics
• Perform requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and platform upgrades
• Design, build, and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, reports, dashboards, and forms
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to improve ITIL-based processes and automate service delivery
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and knowledge articles
• Monitor platform health, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and resolve incidents and defects
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases, new features, and best practices, driving platform optimization and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and development
• Strong experience with ITSM, ITIL processes, and ServiceNow architecture
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and configuration best practices
• Experience with integrations, APIs, data imports, and CMDB management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner across technical and business teams
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS – ITSM or related)
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms in a hybrid or cloud environment
