ServiceNow Administrator

We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator, this role is responsible for the development, administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow Administrator will support and enhance core ITSM and ITOM processes while partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive platform optimization and continual improvement.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on ServiceNow experience, a solid understanding of enterprise IT service management practices, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions. This role will participate in Agile delivery teams and contribute to documentation, integrations, reporting, and platform governance.

• 100% onsite in Rochester hills, Michigan

Key Responsibilities
• Administer, configure, and enhance ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Service Portal, and Performance Analytics
• Design, develop, and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
• Perform requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support operational and executive reporting
• Maintain CMDB accuracy and support discovery and asset lifecycle processes
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and knowledge articles
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery and automate processes
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices to drive continual improvement
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery processes and participate in sprint planning and reviews

Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and developing on the ServiceNow platform
• Strong experience with ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices
• Experience supporting modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog, and Knowledge
• Experience building workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations
• Familiarity with Performance Analytics and Service Portal
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to attend interviews in person
