ServiceNow Architect
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week)
Role Summary
We are seeking a senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, configuration, and end-to-end implementation of a ServiceNow platform. This role requires a technical leader who can handle high-level architecture while remaining hands-on in development and integration. You will be responsible for ensuring platform integrity, specifically focusing on Strategic and Project Portfolio Management (SPM & PPM) modules.
Key Responsibilities
• Platform Architecture: Lead the overall design and implementation of ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Module Expertise: Deliver hands-on configuration for SPM/PPM, ITSM, ITIL, and security/regulatory disciplines.
• Integrations: Design and implement inbound/outbound integrations with 3rd-party applications (e.g., Azure Active Directory) using REST/SOAP, SSO, and Mid Servers.
• Process Automation: Automate internal ITIL/ITSM processes and user provisioning workflows.
• Technical Leadership: Provide high-level design specifications and technical roadmaps for complex ServiceNow modules.
• Custom Development: Perform custom scripting (JavaScript) and table structure modifications to meet specific business needs.
Requirements
• Total Experience: 13+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow configuration and development.
• Mandatory Module Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with SPM and PPM.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of ITBM, DevOps, SecOps, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, and CMDB.
• Integrations: Proven track record of architecting integrations with Azure AD and web services.
• Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator and/or Implementation Specialist certification.
• Programming: Technical knowledge of JavaScript, Java, or SQL is highly desirable.
• Documentation: Ability to produce high-quality Technical Design and Configuration Plans.
Location & Interview Process
• Residency: Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Austin, TX.
• Hybrid Schedule: Weekly onsite attendance is required (4 days Remote / 1 day Onsite).
• Interviews: Candidates must be available for a 1st round Teams interview and a mandatory Final Face-to-Face (F2F) interview in Austin, TX.
