Job description:
• We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
• You must demonstrate mastery of ITSM, ITOM Discovery, and Service Mapping to ensure seamless service delivery and configuration management.
• Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow Agile 2.0 is required to manage requirements through the full SDLC within an ITIL framework.
• Candidates should possess a deep understanding of the CSDM data model and the ability to design solutions for the Service Portal
• A strong technical foundation in infrastructure (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware), and network architecture (OSI model) is essential.
• The role involves high-level collaboration with Engineers and Scrum Masters to troubleshoot complex application and architectural challenges.
• Applicants must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience specifically within ServiceNow’s ITSM, ITOM, and Agile 2.0 modules.
