We are hiring two Business Analysts to support enterprise business and IT teams on high-impact initiatives. This is a remote role with minimal quarterly travel. If you’re a strong communicator who enjoys turning data and ideas into clear, actionable insights, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs
• Create high-quality functional documentation, presentations, and reports
• Build and analyze dashboards using Power BI
• Support and enhance ServiceNow processes and reporting
• Use Microsoft Co-Pilot and Office tools to streamline workflows
• Present insights and recommendations to business and IT teams
What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow
• Strong reporting experience using Power BI
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to write clear functional documents
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience using Microsoft Co-Pilot or AI productivity tools is a plus
