Role Description
This is a contract position for a Senior ServiceNow Developer specializing in HRSD & Dispute Management. The role is hybrid, with the primary location in Hyderabad and the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. Responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions specific to Human Resources Service Delivery and dispute management processes. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot and optimize workflows, and ensure scalability and adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development.
Qualifications
KEY COMPONENT: This client has built Dispute Management on top of the HRSD Module. They need to be familiar with HRSD Module and hopefully have some experience with Dispute Management
The Senior ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Dispute Management. This role supports global shared services initiatives by automating workflows, enhancing user experience, and ensuring strong platform capabilities across HR and IT. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong integration experience, and a commitment to governance, security, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focused on HRSD and Dispute Management.
• Support global shared services initiatives by automating workflows and improving user experience across HR and IT processes.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including forms, workflows, business rules, ACLs, UI policies, scripts, and integrations.
• Build, maintain, and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems such as HighRadius and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop and support file-based integrations using SFTP, including data exchanges, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with architects, functional leads, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure all solutions align with ServiceNow platform standards, governance models, security policies, and industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and upgrades to ensure high-quality, reliable solutions.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize performance and usability.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and integration patterns.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementations and enhancements.
• Experience supporting or implementing Dispute Management solutions within ServiceNow.
• 5+ years of experience building and supporting integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware, file-based).
• 3+ years of experience working with SFTP-based integrations.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development frameworks.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow security, roles, ACLs, and data protection practices.
• Experience working in enterprise, global environments.
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, HRSD, or related).
• Experience integrating with financial or dispute platforms such as HighRadius.
• Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, or other ServiceNow modules.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.
