Position: ServiceNow HRSD Developer (x3)

We are looking for three senior ServiceNow HRSD Developers to join one of our major clients for a 6 to 12-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.

You will play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) platform, working on enterprise-grade use cases with real business impact.

Work model:
• 100% remote
• Very occasional on-site presence in Ottawa (exceptional)
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions within the HRSD module
• Build and maintain custom backend logic (Business Rules, Script Includes, APIs)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Optimize existing workflows and processes to improve performance and user experience
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ensure best practices, scalability, and platform maintainability
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and software development
• Strong backend development skills (performance, integrations, system reliability)
• Solid mastery of object-oriented programming concepts
• Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Hands-on experience with HRSD (strongly preferred)
• Experience with API integrations and/or database concepts is a strong asset
• Mandatory security clearance:
• Minimum Reliability Status
• Secret clearance is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
