Technical Consultant – ServiceNow (Employee Center)

We are seeking a Technical Consultant with deep ServiceNow experience, focused on Employee Center, to support client implementations and post–go-live activities.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Solution Architect to configure, script, and develop ServiceNow solutions based on defined requirements and sprint plans.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and mitigate defects uncovered during unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support and participate in the migration of completed work to test and production environments.
• Serve as the primary technical support resource during the post–go-live period.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise to ensure delivery of a high-quality, scalable solution.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills to map client requirements to ServiceNow solutions
