Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator with 8+ years of hands-on experience managing the ServiceNow platform in large enterprise environments. The role requires strong expertise in CMDB, ITSM modules, and platform administration, with exposure to SIAM and multi-vendor landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and support ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
• Own and maintain the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, CSDM alignment, and CMDB health.
• Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, roles, and access controls.
• Manage Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server).
• Support SIAM operations by ensuring consistent process adoption across vendors.
• Perform upgrades, patching, cloning, and release activities.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and support continuous improvement.
Required Skills
• 8+ years ServiceNow administration
• Strong CMDB & CSDM knowledge
• ITIL-based ITSM expertise
• SIAM / multi-vendor experience
• ServiceNow CSA (preferred)
