ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) Business Analyst
Raritan, NJ (Onsite)

JD: Seeking a ServiceNow S2P Business Analyst with strong functional knowledge of procurement processes and hands-on experience with ServiceNow S2P modules to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle (Sourcing, Procurement, Contract, and Invoicing).
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into ServiceNow S2P functional designs.
• Support configuration and optimization of Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Vendor Management modules.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Perform UAT coordination, defect triage, and support go-live activities.
• Act as liaison between business, development, and ServiceNow platform teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5–8+ years as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Procurement / S2P.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow S2P / Procurement Operations.
• Strong understanding of P2P, sourcing, contracts, vendor onboarding, approvals, and workflows.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and the ServiceNow platform.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have:
• ServiceNow CSA or S2P-related certifications.
• Experience working with MSP / enterprise clients.
