We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM, CMDB, automation, and integrations to support platform strategy, solution design, and implementation.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and platform customization
• Strong expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog)
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, CI lifecycle, and governance
• Strong working knowledge of Flow Designer and process automation
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP and MID Server
• Good understanding of ACLs (Access Control Lists)
• Knowledge of Service Mapping, CI relationships, and Event Management
• Develop workflows, business rules, client/server scripts, UI policies
• Manage Dev/Test/Prod instances, upgrades, and deployments
• Build reports, dashboards, and support data consumption
• Collaborate with teams to follow development standards
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
• 5+ years ServiceNow experience (mandatory)
• Strong JavaScript & HTML skills (Jelly Script is a plus)
• Good understanding of ITIL processes
• Experience with LDAP / Active Directory, MID Server, Orchestration
• ServiceNow CSA / CAD certifications preferred
• Implementation Specialist certification is a plus
