Job Summary
We are seeking a senior-level ServiceNow Platform Architect with deep expertise in GRC (IRM) and SecOps modules. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow cybersecurity, risk, and compliance solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Architect and lead end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow GRC (IRM) and SecOps modules
• Serve as the primary technical lead for cybersecurity-focused ServiceNow initiatives
• Define solution architecture aligned with client security, risk, and compliance objectives
• Design and govern ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations
• Lead stakeholder engagement and provide technical consulting on complex security use cases
• Ensure platform governance, security controls, and compliance best practices
• Optimize ServiceNow environments for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Lead platform upgrades, enhancements, and release management
• Produce technical documentation including architecture diagrams and solution designs
Security & Risk Expertise
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting IRM/GRC, Security Incident Response (SIR), and Vulnerability Response (VR)
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts including:
• Risk Management
• Vulnerability Management
• Threat Intelligence
• Attack Vectors
• NIST, COBIT, and related frameworks
Technical Skills
• 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• 3+ years in a Lead or Architect role
• Expertise in ServiceNow GRC / SecOps architecture and configuration
• Strong ServiceNow scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies)
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations:
• REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT
• MID Server
• LDAP, SAML, SSO, SSL
• JDBC, ODBC, SCP, FTPS
• Experience with update sets, deployment strategies, and platform governance
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence
Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certifications preferred:
• CSA, CIS Risk & Compliance, CTA
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC and SecOps implementations
• Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills
Preferred Qualifications
• ITIL Foundation, TOGAF, or IT4IT certification
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow
• Experience driving automation and operational efficiencies
