Required Skills
• Minimum of 15 years of experience required.
• ServiceNow CMDB / AMDB processes, data model, configuration, assessment & data cleanup
• CSDM-led CMDB implementation (minimum 2+ years)
• CMDB Normalization, Identification & Reconciliation (IRE)
• CMDB Health Dashboard / Workspace & custom reporting
• Service Catalog development and ServiceNow customization
• ServiceNow Discovery (ITOM): installation, configuration, troubleshooting
• Custom Discovery Patterns, Probes & Sensors; MID Server configuration
• Service Mapping: design, implementation & maintenance (5+ years)
• Strong scripting skills and maintainable coding practices
• Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, adapters, custom connectors
• Import Sets & Transform Maps; external data source integration
• Strong understanding of CMDB classes, relationships & dependencies
• ITIL Foundation certification (mandatory)
• ServiceNow ITOM / Discovery / Service Mapping certifications (preferred)
