We are excited to launch a new cohort of our ServiceNow Internship Program at RAQMEA – Mangalore, India, as part of our Practice Building Campaign.
This program is designed for fresh graduates and professionals who want to build a career in ServiceNow development, administration, and IT workflow automation.
Interns will receive hands-on training, mentorship from certified experts, and real project exposure within ServiceNow environments.
This internship is designed to provide the students with hands-on experience in ServiceNow Application development and AI Capabilities in Workflow Automation. Throughout the program, they will work closely with our experienced professionals, gain valuable technical skills, and contribute to real-world projects that make a difference.

Program Overview
RAQMEA is pleased to announce a 3-month internship program focused on ServiceNow Application Development and AI capabilities in Workflow Automation. This program is ideal for motivated students and recent engineering graduates who are interested in gaining real-world experience working with one of the most in-demand enterprise platforms globally.
Interns will gain practical exposure through hands-on training, guided project work, and ongoing mentorship from experienced professionals. You will contribute to real client-related tasks and internal digital transformation initiatives that have tangible business outcomes.
Key Learning Areas
During this internship, participants will:
• Learn foundational concepts of the ServiceNow platform, including navigation, administration, and key modules.
• Gain hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development, including form creation, workflow automation, scripting, UI customization, and platform configuration.
• Work with AI-driven workflow automation features to enhance process efficiency and service experiences.
• Understand IT Service Management (ITSM), enterprise workflow design, and system integration concepts.
• Participate in agile project delivery alongside senior consultants and developers.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in configuring and developing ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of automated workflows.
• Collaborate with project leads to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance improvement activities.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and training materials as needed.
• Join team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and technical workshops.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of programming or scripting (e.g., JavaScript) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

• Stipend: INR8000/month
Certification Support
Upon successful completion of the internship, participants will receive guidance and preparation support to obtain the globally recognized ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, enhancing their professional credentials and employability.
