ServiceNow Technical Specialist – CMDB & Discovery:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a ServiceNow Technical Specialist – CMDB & Discovery for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Job Description:
The project involves optimizing and enhancing the existing ServiceNow platform, focusing on CMDB and Discovery modules. The role will require implementing best practices and ensuring the platform meets the business needs efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMDB and Discovery.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve platform accessibility and performance.
• Provide training and support to team members on CMDB and Discovery functionalities.
Mandatory Skills:
• ServiceNow CMDB/Discovery certification.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery modules.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience in maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules.
• Previous experience in a hybrid work environment.
• Understanding of network protocols.
• Experience with scripting in ServiceNow.
