Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Development & Customization
• Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations using Flow Designer and Automation Engine.
• Create and maintain UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and custom widgets for Portals.
• Build and optimize CMDB structures, ensuring data integrity and alignment with ITIL best practices.

System Administration
• Perform instance configuration, upgrades, and patching to maintain platform health and compliance.
• Manage user roles, ACLs, and security policies to ensure proper access control.
• Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning strategies.

Operational Support
• Provide tier-3 support for incidents and requests related to ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITAM, CSM).
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with third-party systems (e.g., Azure AD, inTune, SCCM).
• Participate in afterhours code and configuration deployments.

Required Qualifications
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience in development and administration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server configuration.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise ITSM frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

Any of the following certifications:
• Customer Service Management Implementation Specialist (CIS-CSM)
• IT Service Management Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM)
• Hardware Asset Management Implementation Specialist (CIS-HAM)
• Software Asset Management Implementation Specialist (CIS-SAM)
• Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, and AI Search.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps.
