Role: ServiceNow Enterprise Architect (ITOM / ITSM / FSM)
Location: San Francisco, CA or Dallas, TX (Local candidates preferred)
Required Skills & Experience
• 7 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and FSM modules.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and architectural governance.
• Experience creating architectural blueprints, process flows, integration maps, and security models.
• Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Orchestration, Flow Designer, Service Catalogs, and platform automation.
• Strong understanding of security controls, compliance frameworks, and platform security requirements.
• Deep experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, OAuth, SSO).
• Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM / ITOM / FSM
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience with ITIL v4 processes
• Background in enterprise architecture (TOGAF, SAFe, etc.)
