Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the business in a hybrid role. This position will focus on performance analysis, reporting, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions
• Conduct ServiceNow performance analysis and optimisation
• Create, customise, and maintain reports and dashboards
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide ongoing development and support across the platform
Key Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong reporting and performance analysis skills within ServiceNow
• Experience working closely with internal stakeholders
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
