Location: Scarborough and Toronto

Contact Duration: 12 months

Typical Day in Role:

• Provide infrastructure support (GCP, Azure) to the various Business Lines

• Project management of major initiatives

• Prepare reports with respect to stability of infrastructure

• Coordination of various support teams for major incidents

• Action ServiceNow tickets

• Firewall rule generation

• Participate in support meetings to determine issues and provide a resolution

Must Have Skills:

1) 8+ years of relevant working experience in technical space, as a Technical Analyst and/or Engagement Specialist

2) 1-3+ years’ experience working with ServiceNow ticketing system

3) 5+ years’ experience with physical and virtual infrastructure support (on-premise)

4) Networking Experience

Nice-To-Have Skills:

1) Experience with Cloud (GCP, Azure)

Soft Skills Required:

• Self-sufficient, independent ability to work with minimal hand holding

• Strong communication skills

Education:

Bachelor’s or Diploma
