Job Title: Digital Technology Architect and ServiceNow Developer

Location: Hybrid — must work 3 days a week (Mon–Wed) at one of the following sites: Oshkosh, WI; Hagerstown, MD; McConnellsburg, PA.

Type: Direct Hire/Full Time

Travel: Very limited. Might travel for a conference, or to get the team together at GHQ in Oshkosh once a year.

Must-Have Skills / Requirements
• ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Experience with ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, JavaScript).
• Strong ServiceNow development skills.
• Experience with ITSM/ITOM frameworks and ServiceNow modules.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of ITIL, COBIT, financial planning, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development or implementation experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills
• ServiceNow certifications (CAD, Implementation Specialist).
• Familiarity with ITIL and enterprise frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years managing enterprise IT platforms (ServiceNow/Boomi).
• Experience with AI/ML-driven automation.
• Experience leading major ServiceNow implementations.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
• Drive platform enhancements, upgrades, and new feature implementations.
• Provide support for daily ServiceNow operations, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Ensure platform performance, data quality, compliance, and documentation accuracy.
• Partner with ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and cross-functional teams to enhance automation, discovery, and asset management.
• Ability to lead design, architecture, and platform enhancements.
• Experience performing incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to document architecture, data flows, configurations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, and enterprise service management.
