We’re looking for a ServiceNow Solution Consultant who can bridge business vision with technical execution—someone who loves conversations that start with “What if…” and end with “Let’s make it happen.”

What You’ll Do

• Partner with clients to design impactful ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SPM, or Creator Workflows

• Lead engaging demos, discovery workshops, and RFP/presales sessions

• Translate business challenges into compelling platform-driven solutions

• Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure a cohesive end-to-end customer experience

• Contribute to best practices, reusable assets, and the evolution of our growing practice

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, articulating how the Now Platform drives real business value

• Stay current on competitive landscape, platform enhancements, and market trends

• Support marketing activities including webinars, user groups, executive briefings, and industry events

Who You Are

• Currently designing or delivering ServiceNow solutions (partner or enterprise background ideal)

• Strong consultative approach and confidence engaging both technical and business stakeholders

• Known for being client-focused, credible, articulate, and technically strong

• Able to go wide and deep during both presales and solution delivery conversations

• Energized by autonomy, collaboration, and playing a role in shaping a high-performing team

Qualifications

Experience

• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience

• Proven proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or similar enterprise SaaS/cloud platforms

• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Partners, and Professional Services

• Strong territory planning, pipeline support, and sales execution partnership skills

• Exceptional communication, discovery, and demo storytelling abilities

• Willingness to travel as needed for key client engagements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Equivalent professional experience is welcome and valued.

ServiceNow Certifications (strongly preferred)

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required or obtained within 90 days

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more domains such as:
• ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, or others
• • Certified Application Developer (CAD) – plus
• • Engagement in the ServiceNow Architect Pathway or holding advanced architect credentials – significant differentiator

Additional Technical Certifications (nice to have)

• AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud certifications

• ITIL Foundation or Practitioner

• Agile/Scrum (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)

• Integration or workflow automation experience (e.g., IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MuleSoft, Workato)
