Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site ServiceNow Developer-HRSD role located in Mumbai. The responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions to meet business needs. The candidate will handle configuring and customizing HRSD modules, implementing workflows, and ensuring integration with other systems. Additional duties include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Back-End Web Development and related technologies
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming
• Solid understanding of Computer Science principles and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) methodologies
• Previous experience with ServiceNow HRSD development and integration is highly preferred
• Relevant certifications in ServiceNow platforms or other related technologies are a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
