Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery
• Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders
• Ensure timely implementation of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices
Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform
• Project management certifications (PMP, Agile preferred)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
