Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer with strong hands-on experience in implementing and supporting HR Service Delivery modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, scripting, and optimizing HR processes on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves working closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient HR workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5-9years of total IT experience with at least 4+ years in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong hands-on experience in HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, Glide API, Flow Designer, and platform scripting.
• Experience with Integration Hub and building complex HR integrations (Workday/SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR processes, workflows, and security.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — Mandatory
• ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist — Highly preferred

Key Responsibilities
HRSD Development & Configuration
• Develop and enhance HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules such as:
Case & Knowledge Management
• Employee Service Center (ESC)
• HR Agent Workspace
• Lifecycle Events / Employee Journeys
• HR Integrations & Document Management
• Build and customize HR Services, Record Producers, Catalog Items, and HR Case Templates.
• Configure HR Profiles, User Criteria, HR Roles, and ACLs.
Scripting & Platform Engineering
• Develop Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer flows.
• Build custom HRSD workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Process Automation Designer (PAD).
• Create integrations using Integration Hub, REST, SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.
Implementation & Support
• Participate in requirement gathering, story creation, technical design, and solution architecture.
• Prepare technical documentation, test cases, and deployment plans.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve HRSD platform issues.
• Ensure full compliance with HR data security, privacy, access controls, and confidentiality requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with HR Business Partners, HR Ops, IT teams, and stakeholders.
• Provide demos, training, and post-go-live support.
