Job Description- ServiceNow Practice Lead (Bytemethod.ai)
The ServiceNow Practice Lead will be responsible for building, scaling, and delivering a world-class ServiceNow capability within our organization. Working closely with senior leadership, you will define the process, develop service offerings, and lead successful implementations for both private and public sector clients. This role requires deep ServiceNow platform expertise, enterprise software experience, strong leadership, and the ability to operate effectively in a lean, fast-growing environment.
Knowledge of and experience with ServiceNow’s AI capabilities is a big plus, since we will be taking an AI-first approach to helping customers implement ServiceNow at significantly faster speeds and more cost-effectively than traditional cycles.
You will shape strategy, drive delivery excellence, support business development, and ensure our ServiceNow practice becomes a trusted and innovative partner across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership
• Build and lead the development of ServiceNow service offerings, delivery frameworks, and go-to-market strategies to drive growth.
• Define the long-term vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow practice, aligned with organizational objectives and government sector requirements.
• Establish best practices and oversee the creation of scalable methodologies, including AI-first methodologies, as the practice expands.
Business Development
• Leverage existing channel, customers, and sales opportunities to drive new leads to closed business. Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new ones to expand market presence.
• Make every sales opportunity count by differentiating with our existing AI products and offerings.
• Be an expert in customer accounts to identify new leads and opportunities that will drive up-sell and cross-sell business
• Ensure all proposals are of high quality and meet target profitability, compliance, security, and industry standards.
Client Engagement
• Own customer success and serve as a senior advisor to clients, translating business needs into tailored ServiceNow solutions.
• Partner with sales teams to support pursuits, develop proposals, and win new business.
• Deliver measurable outcomes by architecting high-value ServiceNow solutions that address client challenges.
Solution Design & Delivery
• Ensure the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects meet high quality, timeliness, and cost-effective execution.
• Oversee discovery, architecture, configuration, integration, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Provide leadership and mentoring across project teams.
Partnership Development
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with ServiceNow and complementary technology partners.
• Represent the practice at conferences, briefings, and partner events to strengthen relationships and stay informed on emerging trends.
Thought Leadership
• Stay at the forefront of ServiceNow advancements, government standards, and industry best practices.
• Promote the company’s capabilities through presentations, publications, webinars, and strategic collaborations.
• Drive innovation by integrating emerging AI technologies into ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications
Required Technical Expertise
• Experience: 7–10 years in IT consulting or professional services, including 3–5 years specializing in ServiceNow architecture, implementation, and leadership.
• Platform Expertise: Advanced hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, CRM, and other core modules.
• Architecture & Development: Strong command of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and custom application development, especially for private-sector environments.
Additional Qualifications
• Leadership: Proven ability to build, scale, and manage ServiceNow teams or practices in dynamic, lean environments.
• Business Acumen: Experience supporting sales cycles, developing proposals, and contributing to revenue growth.
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CIS certifications, or equivalent highly preferred.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Innovation: Demonstrated success creating new IT service offerings or products.
• Emerging Tech: Familiarity with AI, automation, and related technologies, with the ability to integrate them into modern ServiceNow solutions.
