HRSD Analyst – ServiceNow

Location: San Jose, CA (100% Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months

Work Type: Onsite

We’re seeking an experienced HRSD Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery to support HR Centers of Excellence and drive the enhancement of HR workflows and digital experiences. This role blends product analysis, business analysis, and HRSD configuration work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Responsibilities
• Partner with HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into system requirements and user stories.
• Design, configure, and enhance HRSD modules including Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, HR Services, and Catalog Items.
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data configurations within HRSD.
• Support system testing, UAT, and rollout of new features.
• Create functional documentation, process flows, and configuration specifications.
• Ensure solutions align with HRSD architecture, governance model, and data security standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing operational support.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in Product/Business Analysis roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Experience configuring HRSD components such as Case Management, Lifecycle Events, HR Services, and Employee Center.
• Strong understanding of HRSD architecture, tables, data flows, and role/permission models.
• Proven ability to convert HR requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle workflows.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in San Jose, CA.

Required Certification
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub or platform integrations.
• Prior experience in global HR operations.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
