Job Title- Sr. Business Systems Analyst, ServiceNow
Project Location It’s Hybrid (Reston, VA 2 days in a week onsite).

Job Description-
This is Business Analyst first they need to be able to collaborate, map, work through issues with developers, manage process, etc. They need to be able to work closely with developers, but they won’t be hand’s on development.
Good comm skills are critical.
MUST Have
8+ years of IT experience (or 6+ with a master’s) with a strong background in ServiceNow modules as an Analyst.
Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM)/ Hardware Asset Management (HAM) / IT Asset Management (ITAM) best practices for both on-prem and SaaS environments. Exposure to ITOM preferred.
