Job Description – ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on coding and development expertise. The candidate should have deep knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, proficiency in Flow Designer, and at least a working exposure (20% knowledge) of IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform.

· Build workflows, automation, and integrations using Flow Designer.

· Develop and customize applications with best-practice coding standards.

· Provide limited configuration/customization support on IRM modules (20% exposure to Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, or Vendor Risk).

· Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver solutions.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations.

· Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of the platform.

· Support platform upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

· 3+ years of ServiceNow hands-on development experience.

· Strong scripting skills (GlideRecord, GlideAjax, GlideSystem, etc.).

· Proficiency in Flow Designer for automation and workflow development.

· Familiarity with IRM modules (basic/20% working knowledge).

· Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices.

· Experience with ITSM processes and core ServiceNow applications.

· Knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs (preferred).

· Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative agile team.

Nice to Have

· ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-IRM, etc.).
