We are currently seeking a highly skilled and certified ServiceNow Administrator/Developer with over six years of IT experience and deep expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development.

Key Qualifications:
• Extensive experience across multiple ServiceNow versions (Helsinki to Xanadu)
• Strong knowledge of ITIL V3 and hands-on configuration of ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB
• Proven ability to deliver mid to large-scale ServiceNow implementations and design ITSM application architecture
• Skilled in CMDB health dashboards, reporting, Discovery, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and quality management processes
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) configuration and CRM process knowledge (Leads, Opportunities, Case Management, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with data integration and migration using data loaders and external APIs
• Strong analytical skills with market research experience—able to evaluate new product releases, analyze data trends, and provide strategic recommendations
• Actively engaged in the ServiceNow community, staying current with new features and best practices
• JavaScript, ServiceNow Studio, ITIL/ITSM, HTML, CSS, Java, SQL, Oracle, MySQL, C/C++, Agile, Waterfall, Scrum
• Excellent communication, collaborative mindset, team leadership, and a strategic, solution-oriented approach

Compensation: $55-65/hr

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
