Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow ITSM Consultant with 12+ years of overall IT experience, including deep expertise in ServiceNow platform design, development, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical, functional, and leadership skills, with proven experience in managing ServiceNow projects aligned with ITIL and enterprise service management best practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and CMDB.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and develop custom applications, workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and integrations within ServiceNow.
• Ensure platform governance, best practices, and adherence to ServiceNow coding standards.
• Manage ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and releases while ensuring minimal disruption to production systems.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (e.g., Active Directory, monitoring tools, CMDB data sources, or ticketing systems).
• Support Service Catalog design and automate fulfillment workflows to streamline service delivery.
• Provide technical leadership to junior developers and ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with ITSM process owners to continuously improve IT service delivery and efficiency.
• Monitor platform performance, perform root cause analysis, and implement optimizations.
