YOUR NEW ROLE Developer for ServiceNow Platform: This role develops new features and supports NAB’s ServiceNow Platform which is our IT Service Management tool and platform for various technology and business fulfillment process automation. ServiceNow Developer will support and develop features/integrations on below modules: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve solution developed in ServiceNow Platform Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements & solutions Integrate software components into fully functional NOW platform Develop/contribute to software verification plans and quality assurance procedures. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing system Deploy programs/Update sets and evaluate customer/end-user feedback Comply with project plans, release management, industry standards and regulatory requirements WHAT WILL YOU BRING Experience in providing technology client service Proven ability to use relevant data analytics approaches and tools to problem-solve and trouble-shoot. Knowledge & experience with Build languages esp. Javascript, flowdesigner etc. 8+ years Technology experience & 5+ years in application development roles Application development technical skills in ServiceNow Hands-on experience in AWS/Azure environment Current ServiceNow foundation/sys admin certification is mandatory Software Delivery skills such as CI/CD, Software / Source Code Configuration Management.
