1. Skilled DevOps developers (experience in technical GRC)
Technical Developer (1-2)
• Provide Technical leadership and subject matter expertise to Dev team to increase team velocity
• 4-5 yrs of Service Now GRC experience
• Minimum 3-4 end to end implementation experience of serviceNow GRC
• Discipline in delivery and timeline commitments
• Reduce spike stories
• Implement first-time-right solution
• Single point of contact from Dev > PM, C&E, PO community
2. Skilled Technical BA with deep process knowledge (GRC)
Technical BA (s) with deep GRC process expertise (1-2)
• To lead junior BAs in the team
• Ability to turn business requirement into functional spec and map with ServiceNow product design/flow
• Be the bridge between CPO, Technical Lead and CE
• Discipline in delivery and timeline commitments
