We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Consultant / Risk Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the operationalization and enhancement of Organization s Enterprise Risk Management program using the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module. This role combines deep technical expertise in ServiceNow IRM with a strong understanding of enterprise risk management, compliance, and fraud risk processes.

The Consultant/SME will provide advisory, configuration guidance, and best practices to ensure efficient risk assessment, reporting, and process automation within Organization’s unique operational environment.

Position Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary SME for ServiceNow IRM, guiding the configuration and refinement of workflows, risk assessments, and issue management processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, document, and operationalize enterprise risk and fraud risk assessment processes.
• Provide expertise on tagging, aggregation, and reporting of risk-related controls, ensuring alignment with federal regulatory requirements.
• Design and advise on automated KPIs/KRIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks leveraging ServiceNow data.
• Support integration planning with third-party systems to enhance risk visibility and reporting.
• Partner with Business Analysts and Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Provide best practice recommendations and guidance on risk methodology, process improvements, and workflow optimizations.

Position Qualifications:
• Proven experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module, including configuration, workflows, risk assessment, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management, fraud risk, and regulatory compliance requirements (preferably in federal or transportation sectors).
• Experience in KPI/KRI development, risk aggregation, and automated reporting within ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Ability to translate complex risk processes into practical ServiceNow configurations.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a highly regulated, enterprise environment is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow IRM certification.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party risk management tools.
• Familiarity with federal compliance requirements applicable to transportation and infrastructure organizations.
