Compensation: $80-90/hr
Location: 100% Remote
Responsibilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, with a focus on Hardware Asset Management.
• 5+ years hands-on experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow HAM or HAM Pro.
• Experience conducting workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Strong knowledge of ITAM best practices and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ISO/IEC 19770).
• Understanding of ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and integrations with inventory tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• ServiceNow HAM or ITAM certification preferred.
Must Have Skills
• 12+ Years of experience in ServiceNow
• 4 – 6 Years of experience in BPC
• 4 – 6 Years of experience in HAM
Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
• Experience with SAM Pro or broader ITAM modules in ServiceNow
• Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Flow Designer)
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience in an enterprise environment
