What we are looking for
Role: Servicenow ITSM
Experience Range: 5 – 7 Years
Location: Chennai only
Interview: Saturday online interview
Must Have:
• 5+ years of experience and strong knowledge in ServiceNow Admin to manage Production systems.
• Extensive experience with Linux.
• Development experience in SNOW ITSM module.
Good to Have:
• Provide SNOW Admin L2 support as per shift coverage requirement
• Triaging and resolution of incidents, handling key events, supporting release and deployments
Essential:
• Develop or enhance existing ITSM modules.
• Participating in and handling Incident escalation calls
Minimum Qualification:
•15 years of full-time education
•Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
