· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management module, including configuration and integration
· Strong development experience in Workflows, Sub-flows, Flow Designer, and process integrations
· Familiarity with third-party monitoring and alerting tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar platforms.
· Experience with Regex, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, and/or Linux scripting, and RESTful API
· Proficiency in configuring event correlation, alerting workflows, and incident generation within ServiceNow.
· Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience implementing event-driven incident management processes.
· Selected candidate is expected to work on the US Eastern Time zone
· Provide weekend prod implementation, upgrade validation support, and on-call support as required
