Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect

Duration: 6 weeks with potential for extension

Location/Travel: On-site Palm Beach, Florida; 2-4 days/week

We are seeking a true Big 4 Solution Architect or CTA-level consultant who is willing to travel for onsite client in Palm Beach, FL. Travel expenses will be paid.

Role Overview:

The candidate should have implementation experience with SNOW and must be a techno- functional person. This person should be able to design business processes, think through potential challenges, risk, dependencies & interfaces with HCM and other business functions to provide self-service workflow capabilities.

Key Requirements:
• 10-15 years of expertise leading design & solution architecture
• Workflow, ticket management systems and dashboarding/reporting
• Strong executive verbal and written communications
• Ideal if they’ve worked with MBB before, but not required
