• At least 2+ year as a Lead
• Experience with ServiceNow development and administration/production support
• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or ServiceNow scripting.
• 3+ year working in Agile
• 3+ year working in Jira
• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
