Worksite: Onsite in Chantilly/Herndon, VA FJM Innovative Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and secure enterprise workflows for a mission customer. Role focuses on scalable platform development, integrations, and compliance within a high-security environment. Requirements:
• Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph.
• 4–8 years building on ServiceNow in production environments (platform configuration + custom development).
• Proficiency with Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Service Portal, and ACL design.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external services via REST/SOAP, OAuth, SAML/SSO, and MID Server.
• Strong CMDB/Discovery experience and performance troubleshooting.
