You will lead consulting engagements, advise clients on platform strategy and optimization, and drive innovation across ServiceNow implementations. This role is ideal for a seasoned expert with deep ServiceNow proficiency and a passion for delivering measurable business outcomes.
The Work:
• Serve as an Enterprise Platform Advisor, providing strategic consulting on complex transformations involving one or more technology platforms.
• Lead platform selection, value realization, and cost optimization initiatives for clients.
• Develop and implement industry- and function-specific technology assets that align with business goals.
• Act as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow, influencing decisions across multiple teams and business areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative technology solutions.
• Conduct assessments of existing platforms and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to share best practices and build team capabilities.
