Experience: 5+ years in IT/software development; minimum 5 years in ServiceNow ITOM implementation/integration Job Summary: Captures requirements from business stakeholders and SMEs, prepares design and technical documentation, manages BAU tasks, and develops ServiceNow ITOM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gather requirements via demos/workshops. Prepare HLD/LLD, architecture, and technical documentation. Work with platform teams on technology strategy, manage BAU activities. Expert on Event, Alert, Incident Management, alert mapping, Alert Intelligence, Predictive AIOps, service mapping. Manage CMDB and asset foundation data tables, Import/Update Sets. Configure UI Actions, UI Policy, ACL. Development using Angular, client/server-side scripts, Business Rules, Glide Scripting, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JSON. Manage application code, UI, and integration components. Maintain project documentation and technical notes. Desired Credentials: ServiceNow NOW Platform Development & Implementation. ITIL certification (optional).
