Job Description
• Redesign workflows (Catalog, Knowledge Base, HR, etc.) and draft user stories for development.
• Serve as a ServiceNow Architect with hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions.
• Work with and customize UI components within ServiceNow.

Required Experience
• Proven expertise in workflow redesign and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong hands-on architectural experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience customizing and working with ServiceNow UI components.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure scalable architecture.
