Roles and Responsibilities
Should have experience in ServiceNow Portal Development, ServiceNow Tools Administration, SAP SuccessFactors.
Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility.
Create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
Provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results.
The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results.
Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation
Demonstrate skills to fully utilize Scripted (Advanced Check-Boxes) Workflow Activities, Service Catalog, SLAs, Troubleshooting Workflows, and customizing workflow activities.
