A recognized services organization in New Jersey is actively seeking a new ServiceNow Expert to lead the design, development, and administration of their ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management
• Design, script, and implement new applications, workflows, and integrations to expand ServiceNow functionality
• Develop and maintain API based integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
• Partner with IT and business teams to refine workflows, automate processes, and improve service delivery
• Implement role based access controls, monitor platform performance, and ensure compliance with security policies
• Plan and execute version upgrades and patching with minimal disruption
• Produce technical and user documentation; provide training to system users and administrators

Qualifications:
• 4+ years of hands on ServiceNow administration and development experience
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP web services
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Desired Skills:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)
• Experience with ITOM Discovery, Event Management, or Performance Analytics
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
