Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a ServiceNow Business Analyst located in Pune, with some work-from-home flexibility. The ServiceNow Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing business processes, and creating effective solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Daily tasks include conducting stakeholder meetings, performing gap analysis, and assisting in the implementation and optimization of business processes. The role also involves regular communication with technical teams and clients to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

• Experience in defining and optimizing Business Processes
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to gather and analyze Business Requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or ServiceNow is a plus
• ServiceNow knowledge is must in ITSM & CSM.
